Achieve clear results with the power of words!
Your current self is the result of all the words you have unconsciously used up to this point. Kotodama shiso—or belief in the power of words—has long been a part of Japanese culture. The words you speak have the power to change reality.
This book will help you shape your future self by making effective use of the power of words. The author is the president of a human resources strategy consulting firm. In his encounters with businesspersons over the years, he noticed that the most competent ones—those who “can”—often use words that have a positive effect.
If you want to earn the trust of others, deepen social ties, and succeed in life, you should know which words work in a positive way and which ones work in a negative way.
This book gathers together those “golden phrases” and “forbidden phrases.” Taking conscious control of the words you use is the first step toward creating the future you.
